Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma on the Background of Multiple Cholangiolithiasis as a Poorly Diagnosed Problem in Clinical Practice

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICH) is one of the most aggressive malignant neoplasms gastrointestinal tract, which accounts for 10–15% all primary liver tumors. Among risk factors ICH in Europe and Russia, diseases accompanied by formation concretions intrahepatic bile ducts, include Karoli's disease (KD), are importance. The article presents a clinical observation HPV that developed against background KD, literature review conducted.
